Final Sale All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- Your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund as shop credit.
