SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items: Orders containing ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.

• Made-to-Order Items: Our standard turnaround time for made-to-order items is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. This is the time needed to create your item before it ships. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.

• Extended Processing: If your order requires additional time beyond our standard turnaround time, we will contact you directly to provide an updated timeline.

Shipping Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
